What arrives on your plate in our bio vitalhotel was growing in our garden just moments before. From morning to night, everything we serve is organic, homemade and naturally full of flavour. Whether you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, enjoy high-quality meat and fish, or adhere to a specific diet, the organic food at our hotel allows you to eat healthy on holiday.
Your day begins with a generous breakfast buffet. At lunchtime, we serve a light buffet with salads, soup and a warm dish. In the afternoon, we treat you to an irresistible cake buffet, and in the evening to a 5-course menu.
Our chefs begin each dish with unprocessed ingredients, prepared gently with care and patience and transformed into masterful creations. The core ingredients of every dish remain recognisable and full of flavour, preserving the connection to nature in every bite.
Some of our fruit comes from the nearby Bergerhof, our own biodynamic farm from which theiner’s garten originated. We also have a herb garden on the hotel terrace, where you can watch how your food is grown and harvested.
When it comes to food, the rule is simple: your choice. We serve meat and fish dishes of the highest quality, as well as vegetarian or vegan menus, or meals tailored to your individual needs - whether you have intolerances, follow a specific diet or are on a bio detox programme.
