A perfect start to the day
Between 7.30 am and 10.30 am, a generous breakfast buffet awaits you with freshly baked bread, muesli and sweet treats, fresh fruit and juices, homemade herbal infusions, regional jams, honey, cold cuts and cheeses, warm egg dishes and many other delicacies. The perfect way to fuel up for the day’s adventures.
Midday break
When the sun is high in the sky, it’s time to slow things down. At lunchtime, we invite you to a light buffet with fresh salads, warm soups and a selection of wholesome dishes - ideal for a satisfying yet light meal. You are very welcome to come in your bathrobe.
A sweet interlude
In the afternoon, we treat you to a delicious cake buffet with homemade sweet delights, all made from 100% organic ingredients.
The perfect finale
In the evening, a 5-course gourmet menu awaits you. For the main course, we serve fish or meat on alternating days, as well as a vegetarian and a vegan option every day. On request, all courses can be tailored to your dietary requirements or intolerances, such as lactose-free or gluten-free. Whatever your preference, everything is always 100% organic.
