Far removed from busy schedules and sensory overload, you can immerse yourself here in a calm and sheltered environment.
Pools and Kneipp facilities, saunas and the organic garden, along with the spa and its carefully selected treatments, ensure a sense of wellbeing that draws its strength from nature.
Our indoor and outdoor pools are connected and heated all year round. The pool is fully clad in stainless steel and completely free from PVC. After your swim, you can relax and soak up the sun on the comfortable hanging loungers and canopy beds around the pool. The Kneipp facility in the garden, by contrast, invigorates your circulation with cold water.
Between the Finnish sauna, bio sauna and steam bath, you will find exactly what you need. Sauna sessions are recommended all year round and have numerous positive effects on health, including strengthening the immune system, improving the skin and detoxifying the body.
Choose from massages, body and facial treatments, gentle beauty therapies, holistic packages, detox and Kneipp treatments. Treatments are not just for women - men are also very welcome, with dedicated offers, as well as options for couples. At our organic wellness hotel in South Tyrol, we use only products made from purely organic ingredients from trusted producers.
Activity and relaxation belong together - one is not possible without the other. For active moments, you have access to our fitness and yoga room as well as our garden. These spaces are used both for guided sessions and retreats, but can also be enjoyed independently for your own personal programme.
