If you wish, you can take part in guided movement sessions during your mountain bike holidays in the Alps almost every day. Whether yoga, aqua fitness or a guided relaxation journey - our team will gently support you in finding greater calm, wherever you are on your path to physical and mental wellbeing.
Our yoga flow sessions are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Through movement and breathwork, your life energy begins to flow; flexibility, strength and balance are naturally enhanced while the mind finds calm. Registration by 7 pm the day before; price: € 15 per session.
Even though it may feel gentle, aqua fitness is a highly effective workout for strength and endurance. It also boosts the immune system, relieves pressure on the joints, improves coordination, massages the skin and stimulates blood and lymph circulation, all while remaining gentle on the heart and cardiovascular system.
In our stretch & relax sessions, you increase flexibility and help prevent muscle tension and sports injuries. Regular stretching also improves circulation and posture, while having a calming, stress-reducing effect on the mind.
A guided relaxation journey is a form of meditation in which you travel in your mind to a beautiful place. The aim is not only to imagine it, but to experience it with all your senses. Several times a week, Julia guides you on this journey, helping you let go of the here and now for a while.
Several times a week, sauna infusions take place in our three different saunas. The herbs come from our own garden. Combined with invigorating and cleansing scrubs and a refreshing dip in the plunge pool, they stimulate circulation and strengthen the immune system.
