Join us for a guided cellar visit and tasting at biodynamic wineries in South Tyrol, for example at the Alois Lageder winery. Biodynamic viticulture avoids synthetic pesticides and instead uses biodynamic soil preparations where needed. Many winemakers also follow lunar cycles in their work. At our bio vitalhotel, we serve only organic wines.
Winemaker Irmgard Windegger accompanies you through the mid-mountain landscape of Tesimo-Prissiano, past vineyards, chestnut groves and medieval farmsteads, all the way to the largest and oldest vine in the world at Katzenzungen Castle, as well as to her organically cultivated vineyard and vegetable garden.
