“When in the morning, in summer, just at that moment when the sun has warmed the earth, you can go into our garden of aromatic herbs and with your hand gently caress the various shrubs, then you will understand why we called it the “garden of perfumes!”, says Mr Walter Theiner.

In fact, it is the intense perfume of each single herb that makes our dishes tasty. The garden of aromatic herbs of over 400 m², situated on a rooftop terrace over the restaurant is accessible to our guests and constitutes a true oasis of inspiration. Here it is possible to withdraw with a good book or simply abandon yourself to do sweet nothing surrounded by a sea of perfumes.
