Take the opportunity of combining your relaxing holiday with a program of balanced training dedicated to your holistic wellbeing, to recharge your energy levels and return home more active and vital. Our training program is based on the principal of Sebastian Kneipp according to “inertia weakens, exercise strengthens, overworking damages!” Wellness is much more than doing sweet nothing and doesn’t mean “just” being pampered. Wellness means good health at all levels and should accompany you even when you are back home. The simple start to the program increases with intensity half way through the week and ends with relaxation. To optimise each sitting we will be pleased to also offer you a suitable treatment in our garden of wellbeing.

Monday
08.30 hours Run on the dew
Duration: approx. 20 min
Meeting point: garden of wellbeing.
To start, warm up and relax to feel at one with the land.
Recommended treatments: Top of the mountains leg treatment (bath with thyme, leg massage, rub with pine twigs to detoxify and purify the organism, cold mud compresses).

Tuesday
08.30 hours Morning keep fit
Duration: approx. 20 min.
Meeting point: garden of energy on 3rd floor.
Stretching and exercises for the articulation to retain elasticity.

Hours 17.15 Infusion in the Finnish sauna
Recommended treatment: massage with candles (the massaging candles made from coconut oil, aloe vera, bees wax and natural essential oils offer a sensual treatment and a pleasant warmth).

Wednesday
08.30 hours Pilates
Duration: approx. 50 min.
Meeting point: garden of Energy on 3rd floor.
Stretching and strengthening of the back – Respiration and Energy to reinvigorate the “body’s’ centre”.
Recommended treatment advised: alpine dream back treatment (back massage, rub with pine twigs to detoxify and purify the organism, hot mud packs).

Thursday
08.30 hours Kneipp course
Duration: approx. 20 min.
Meeting point: garden of wellbeing.
Stimulate and reinforce your immune system to return home with a new found lease to daily life.

Hours 17.15 Infusion in the Finnish sauna
Recommended treatment: phlebotomy treatment (after a Kneipp blast at thigh level, you can rest briefly on a bed of hay and sip an herbal tisane. Successively, a massage with lymphatic drainage of the legs will allow you to relax, carrying out a detoxifying effect. This treatment is advised in case of varicose veins, problems with the veins, heavy legs or following tiring physical activity.

Friday
08.30 hours Short and sweet
Duration: approx. 20 min.
Meeting point: garden of energy on the 3rd floor
Strengthening of all the muscles – Erect posture = total wellbeing.

12.00 hours Nordic walking
Duration 50 min. (Enrol at reception by 18.00 hours of the evening before)
Recommended treatment advised: peeling with salt and honey, followed by a bathe in the Jacuzzi tub.

Saturday
08.30 hours Water gym in the indoor pool
Duration: approx. 20 min.
Improve resistance and detoxify yourself - The element of water facilitates movement.

Hours 17.15 Infusion in the Finnish sauna
Recommended treatment advised: anti-cellulite package (peeling with coffee, juniper bath, algae compresses in the Vitalis vapour tub, lymphatic draining of the legs).
