• 4th Person (7 - 13,9 years old): -25% from the price of the 4th person

Details for a nice stay:

Day of arrival and departure: Your booked room will be available at your day of arrival at 14 pm. We beg you to leave your room at your day of departure until 11 am.

Short stay: For a stay in our hotel with less than 3 overnight stays we calculate a surcharge of 15% per person and night.

Cancellation conditions: Cancellation sounds unpleasent and it truly is - for you as well for us. We ask you to understand that we charge in case of cancellation as follows:

• until 30 days before your arrival: 0%
• 29 to 10 days before your arrival: 50%
• 9 to 2 days before your arrival: 100%
• in case of no arrival or early deparute: 100%

The deposit is not included in this conditions and will be kept. 

Spa- treatments and bath robes: We suggest you to book your desired spa- treatments already at home. Bath robes, towels and slippers are available in the hotel.

TV: Televisors will be adist your posal if you require.

Domestic animals: We do not accept domestic animals due to the respectfullness for fur allergic person.

Garage: If disposable underground parking space can be acquired for the room type Aroma and Aroma/barrier free at the price of € 5.- per Day. All other room types include the price for underground carpark.
