In the garden of nature

In the neighbouring farm with its 70,000 m² fruit orchard, we are now in the second generation of cultivating fruit and vegetables according to organic farming methods. Produce is brought straight from the land into the hotel kitchen, while the fruit from our own orchards is, amongst its myriad uses, distilled into home-made organic spirits in our own farm still.
