The organic principles of the family are also evident in the kitchen and cellar. Exclusively organic products are used in food preparation, often the results of the family’s own farming labours.
A large breakfast buffet awaits guests in the mornings, a light lunch at midday and a 5-course gourmet organic Alpine-Mediterranean meal in the evenings. Additionally, guests will find a wide selection of vegetarian options to choose from, and individual dietary requirements will also be catered for. Fruit from the family orchard is also free for the picking to all guests. The wine cellar offers a large range of South Tyrolean, Italian and international organic wines. Ingo Theiner, qualified sommelier, ensures a well-chosen selection.
